WIN Speaker Sponsorship Packages

The WIN Speaker Sponsorship Packages are designed to provide your company high value exposure opportunities to members of WIN. Gain great exposure for your business at “Northern Nevada’s Power Breakfast” and help support WIN by selecting one of the following exclusive sponsorship opportunities:
WIN Skillet - $2,500
The following benefits are offered for a specific breakfast to a sponsor whose payment is received by WIN at least 30 days prior to the sponsored breakfast.
- A representative of the sponsor company gives a short address from the podium. (Two minutes maximum with comments approved by WIN in advance).
- Sponsor receives an exclusive information table at their sponsored breakfast meeting for company literature and/or promotional items.
- Plus all of the benefits associated with the Coffee and Croissants level.
WIN Coffee and Croissants - $1,500
The following benefits are offered for a specific breakfast to a sponsor whose payment is received by WIN at least 30 days prior to the sponsored breakfast.
- Sponsor’s logo included on the WIN breakfast meeting event page of www.winevada.com for up to 30 days prior to the sponsored breakfast.
- Sponsor’s logo and prominent mention included in all electronic breakfast meeting invitations for the sponsored breakfast.
- WIN representative recognizes sponsor during opening remarks at breakfast meeting.
- Sponsor may place one promotional item at each table setting (item must be pre-approved by WIN and provided and placed by sponsor before 6:45 a.m.).
- Sponsor’s logo prominently displayed with WIN’s logo on giant screen as WIN members arrive.
- Sponsor’s logo prominently displayed on giant screen during keynote speaker introduction.
Additional information for our sponsors:
Sponsorships available to WIN members only.
Only two sponsorships per year, per business.
Sponsorship of requested breakfast meeting on a “first come, first serve” basis and confirmed ONLY when payment is received.
Company logo should be submitted electronically with ample time to allow for maximum visibility on WIN website and email invitations.
Promotional item to be placed at table settings submitted for WIN approval at least 10 days prior to sponsored breakfast.
Only the WIN Skillet level is available for the months of November, January and February.
WIN reserves the right to deny sponsorship requests.
For WIN Skillet Sponsors: Address by company representative submitted for review at least 10 days prior to sponsored breakfast.
